Burnt Hill House is a detached period property, set in 8.5 acres of grounds, six miles from the Norfolk town of Beccles. The accommodation is split into two buildings, with the main house sleeping eight and the annexe sleeping two. The bedrooms in the main house consist of one double with en-suite shower, a twin and a double with access to a twin bedroom, plus there's also a bathroom, kitchen with dining area and comfy seating and a dining and a sitting room, both with woodburners. The annexe has a double bedroom with sitting area, a ground floor shower room and a kitchen. Outside there is ample off road parking and mature grounds with woodland, paddocks, two fishing lakes, tennis courts, hot tub, furniture and barbecue. Burnt Hill House is an ideal retreat for families.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD. Fuel, power and starter pack for stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Bike storage. Mature grounds with woodland, paddocks, two private lakes, tennis court, furniture and BBQ. Hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.8 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: There are two lakes and boundary streams at this property, children to be supervised. Note: The annexe is situated 3 yards away from the main house and is above the private car port. |
